These Terms apply to this website and any donation facility operated by Shri Mahadeva Siddhivinayaka Durgaparameshwari Devasthana Jeernoddhara Samithi (R.) ("Committee", "we", "us"). By using the website or making a donation, you agree to these Terms.
Website and donations
The website provides temple information and, when enabled, a facility for voluntary contributions to the causes described on the donation page.
Donations are voluntary. Review the selected category, amount, donor details and purpose before authorizing payment. Suggested amounts are optional. A category description is not a guarantee of a specific result unless expressly stated and approved.
Payment security
If online payment is enabled, payment processing is performed by the provider shown at checkout and is subject to its terms. The Committee will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, password or OTP. Do not share these credentials with anyone.
A contribution is treated as received only after provider confirmation and reconciliation. A pending debit, screenshot or browser return page alone is not proof of successful receipt. For a debit without confirmation, contact donation support [to be confirmed by the Committee] with date, amount and transaction reference; never send payment credentials.
Receipts and tax
Receipts, if issued, will reflect information and legal status verified by the Committee. No tax deduction, exemption or certificate is promised unless eligibility and approvals are confirmed. Donors should consult their tax adviser.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, submit false information, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access. Third-party services such as payment processing, maps and email are subject to their own terms.
Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated; the current version and effective date will be posted. Governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable statutory rights. Courts at [to be confirmed by the Committee] will have jurisdiction to the extent legally permissible.
